As the promo states, “16000 Days is a song for anyone who’s hit a big life milestone and still feels like they’ve got as many questions as they did as a kid. It’s the closest O.R.k. have ever come to a self-help song - though we’re not promising any answers.”
I am fairly suspicious of the self help industry as I don’t think clear life answers are really possible, but I think the realisation that you still feel the same while everything has changed around you, is a pretty universal sentiment.
