Baldock Transmission Pre-Orders Shipped!

Vinyl and CD orders in the post now

I’m happy to say that all the physical CD and vinyl pre-orders for my latest release with Jon Durant and Chris Maitland, The Baldock Transmission, have now been shipped….thanks to all those who pre-ordered!

If you’ve pre-ordered through my Bandcamp page, you should have had tracking information emailed to you already, and if you’re in the EU, please note Bandcamp add import VAT at point of purchase through the IOSS scheme, it’s far too boring to explain here but it means you shouldn’t have any further charges on receipt of any vinyl or CD’s - although of course I can’t guarantee your local customs office will understand the rules, as it seems they frequently don’t, or perhaps they do but choose not to, who knows. But let’s hope it all works as it should.

Subsequent orders will go out early this coming week.

I’m guessing a lot of people have been curious to hear if Chris Maitland still has his magic percussive touch. I would of course say he absolutely does! It’s been a joyous thing to reconnect with Chris on a musical and personal level and to bring this release to fruition.

I didn’t have any doubts of course but Jon was absolutely the right choice to bring in for this special reconnection. We all set out purely to enjoy ourselves and discover what we could do together, in the moment, with no preparation and relying on our instincts and abilities to interact and create as we went along. In other words I’ll admit that The Baldock Transmission is all total self indulgence so, I hope you’re all enjoying it!
